Regular readers of this blog may recall a certain, shall we say, fixation with decent coffee and a special attention to the details therein. How's the foam? Airy, bubbly, thin, fluffy? Appropriate to the beverage? Is that cappuccino really dry, or did they pour some damn milk in there? If this is what I worry about in life, I guess I must be doing alright.
In my own personal quest to attain mad latte skills, I've begun to bang out some pretty nice examples. Although their inconsistency clearly demonstrates that said mad latte skills have not been attained. For your review:
