I like Bozeman's college-y, sports-bar-y Spectator's. I like it's unpretentious atmosphere, bereft of any downtown-Bozeman hipness. Football players, boiler technicians, college professors, and rowdy frat kids mix it up in this classic Southside Bozeman watering hole. The food is nachos-and-beer simple. The waitresses throw off just the slightest "Coyote Ugly" vibe. The beers are cold and many flow from taps; thankfully a few imports are offered, too. A cold Guinness and an XXL order of nachos made for a Friday night combo that was hard to dislike.
